Cancellation Policy: • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24-48 hours in advance. • Cancellations made within this time frame will not incur a fee. • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. • No-shows will result in a 100% charge of the booked service cost. Exceptions: • Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. • First-time offenders may be granted a one-time waiver of the cancellation fee.
